Hebei Hongke Qingneng Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in June 2021, with a registered capital of 78 million yuan. Headquartered in the strategic industrial hub of Sanhe Economic Development Zone, Langfang City, the company excels in the research, design, development, and high-end fabrication of energy conservation and environmental protection systems. The company specializes in the design and manufacturing of various pressure vessels, medical waste high-temperature steam treatment equipment, animal tissue (residue) treatment equipment, biological wastewater (live toxic wastewater) treatment equipment, skid-mounted assemblies of various equipment, coalbed methane/shale gas/natural gas purification and liquefaction, VOC treatment, chemical tail gas treatment, industrial refrigeration, BOG tail gas helium extraction, and other bespoke environmental protection solutions.
By marrying advanced cryogenic physical research from the Chinese Academy of Sciences with modern metallurgical and chemical finishing technologies, Hongke Qingneng has pioneered clean-room surface treatment and electropolishing procedures for high-purity pressure vessel manufacturing. This enables the company to produce electropolished (EP) vessels that satisfy the stringent demands of global biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, food processing, semiconductor, and fine chemical applications.
In high-purity processing sectors, surface finish quality is directly linked to product integrity, anti-corrosive performance, and the prevention of biofilm formation. Electropolished (EP) vessels represent the pinnacle of metal surface treatments. In contrast to mechanical polishing, which leaves micro-abrasions, directional scratches, and embedded polishing compounds, electropolishing is an electrochemical process. By selectively removing metal ions from the high points of the surface, it generates a microscopic profile that is incredibly smooth, shiny, and highly passivated.
The vessel undergoes immersion in a temperature-controlled bath containing a custom blend of phosphoric and sulfuric acids. An electrical current passes from an anode (the vessel wall) to a cathode. This current is concentrated on surface micro-roughness, causing local metal dissolution. This process reduces surface roughness (Ra) down to < 0.2 μm to 0.4 μm, creating a mirror-like finish. Crucially, this electrochemical stripping targets iron atoms, enriching the surface layer with chromium. The resulting high chromium-to-iron ratio (often exceeding 1.5:1) yields a passive chromium oxide layer that exhibits exceptional corrosion resistance.
Our core R&D is anchored by experts from Tsinghua University and the Institute of Physics and Chemistry Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). Their deep understanding of thermodynamics, gas liquefaction, and structural metallurgy guides our custom vessel fabrication. We possess a suite of independent intellectual property patents, giving us a clear edge in advanced environmental and skid-mounted process applications.
We firmly believe that environmental protection technology is key to sustainable resource use. The systems we build contribute directly to domestic and international efforts in air pollution mitigation, carbon reduction, green gas recovery, and environmental safety, providing reliable infrastructure for sustainable chemical processing globally.
Global procurement teams must navigate complex regional codes, safety standards, and logistical requirements when sourcing pressure vessels. At Hebei Hongke Qingneng, we align our fabrication and documentation workflows with international codes to ensure smooth integration and compliance.
Our engineering and production processes are aligned with ASME Code requirements for international target markets, utilizing advanced software for finite element analysis and structural safety verification.
For European buyers, we support CE marking under the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68/EU), ensuring complete welding documentation, NDT records, and hydro-test verifications.
We collaborate with local engineering partners across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia to offer localized on-site support, system commissions, and warranty services.
