Developing next-generation systems for gas processing and environmental treatment
Traditional small-scale LNG liquefaction systems often show higher energy consumption per unit of gas liquefied. We are developing single-flow mixed refrigerant cycles that adjust the blend ratio of nitrogen, methane, ethane, propane, and butane dynamically to align with changing ambient temperatures. This work aims to reduce the specific power consumption of our skid-mounted LNG systems to less than 0.38 kWh/Nm³.
Biological laboratory animal carcasses and high-risk medical wastes require specialized containment. Our engineering team is developing dry-vacuum high-temperature hydrolysis options that handle up to 5 tons per cycle. These systems use secondary thermal destruction of exhaust gases and vacuum condensate sterilization to prevent the discharge of pathogens into municipal infrastructure.
Helium is a valuable resource. Boil-Off Gas (BOG) from LNG storage tanks represents an opportunity for helium recovery. Our process integrates low-temperature condensation, pressure swing adsorption (PSA), and cryogenic purification systems. This approach recovers and purifies helium to a purity of 99.999% (5N grade), transforming waste streams into high-value industrial gases.
Industrial tail gases demand high VOC capture performance. Our multi-stage systems combine cryogenic condensation (-75 °C) with specialized carbon adsorption. They are designed to meet strict emission regulations while recovering solvents for reuse.
