Phase 1: Multi-Physics Thermodynamic Modeling

Using finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), our CAS-trained engineering team simulates thermal-hydraulic performance, mechanical fatigue, and flow path behavior. This step validates non-standard geometries prior to manufacturing.

Phase 2: Metallurgy & Material Traceability

We source materials directly from audited mills, utilizing certified stainless steels (304L, 316L), super-duplex steels, and low-temperature carbon steels for cryogenic services. Every plate, flange, and welding consumable is tracked with complete mill test certificates (MTC).

Phase 3: Fabrication under Level-A2 Regulatory Protocols
