The medical waste is loaded into the sterilization vehicle and enters the high temperature steam sterilization cabin. The cabin door is automatically closed and locked. The program control operation is started to extract non-condensable air. Saturated steam is filled to make the temperature in the sterilization equipment reach 134 ℃. The disinfection is automatically timed for 45 minutes. High-temperature steam in the cabin is extracted and the cabin door is opened. Then, the treated waste is lifted, crushed and output.
In the process, the flue gas and water vapor purification system is provided, and the spray method, filtration method and adsorption method are combined as the main treatment process to realize clean gas emission. The emission standard meets the relevant requirements of Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants and Odor Emission Standard. The wastewater generated is collected to the front pipe of the UV sterilizer and discharged after disinfection by the UV sterilizer. For the control of equipment noise, the installation of silencer and the use of silent air compressor greatly reduce the generation of noise.
