Established in June 2021 with a substantial registered capital of 78 million Yuan, Hebei Hongke Qingneng Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. has rapidly emerged as a specialized leader in energy conservation, industrial pressure containment, and vacuum insulation solutions. Headquartered within the industrial base of Sanhe Economic Development Zone, Langfang City, our manufacturing and R&D activities are directed towards high-demand industrial sectors requiring strict compliance with national safety codes and rigorous thermodynamic performance metrics.
Our operational framework focuses on the engineering, construction, and assembly of complex systems, including A2-level non-standard pressure vessels, high-temperature steam medical waste treatment systems, biological wastewater inactivation equipment, and high-performance gas processing facilities (e.g., Coalbed Methane, Shale Gas, Natural Gas liquefaction skids, VOC extraction, and cryogenic BOG helium recovery systems). Our thermal insulation technology is engineered to optimize heat rejection and thermal isolation in critical process paths, ensuring that fluid phases are maintained with minimal energy loss.
Through active partnerships with research institutions such as Tsinghua University and the Institute of Physics and Chemistry Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), our company bridges the gap between cryogenic engineering theory and physical hardware fabrication. Our technological achievements are validated by multiple proprietary certifications and industrial standards, including:
Our manufacturing complex utilizes state-of-the-art diagnostic testing, including non-destructive examination (NDE), helium mass spectrometer leak detection, and automated thermal performance profiling, guaranteeing that all equipment leaving our factory meets international industrial safety and efficiency requirements.
Combining academic research with advanced manufacturing capabilities to deliver heavy industrial systems.
Supported by researchers from Tsinghua University and the Institute of Physics and Chemistry Technology (Chinese Academy of Sciences). Our process designs leverage proprietary thermodynamic simulations to optimize liquefaction and environmental efficiency.
Equipped with an A2 pressure vessel manufacturing license and verified GB/T19001-2016 standards. Fully certified to deliver under the stringent Sinopec HSSE and CNPC HSE management framework for critical infrastructure projects.
Committed to localized carbon mitigation and natural gas preservation. Our skid-mounted recovery units minimize methane emissions and tail-gas venting, directly aligning with international carbon footprint reduction goals.
Modern industrial gas processing, cryogenic liquid logistics (LNG, LH2, LN2, LOX), and high-reliability pressure vessels require high-performance thermal insulation. The industry has transitioned from bulk expansion materials like perlite to advanced multi-layer insulation (MLI) combined with high vacuum technologies. Vacuum insulation reduces heat leakage via conduction and convection, and the insertion of highly reflective radiation shields inside the vacuum space minimizes radiative heat transfer.
With the growth of clean energy infrastructure, there is an increasing demand for high-integrity vacuum-insulated pipes (VIP), cold boxes, and modular processing skids. These systems prevent phase transformation during fluid transit and isolate operations from environmental ambient heat, achieving high thermal stability even under extreme external conditions.
International procurement teams in natural gas processing, chemical engineering, and environmental management evaluate equipment suppliers using several key parameters:
China's industrial supply chain for heavy equipment manufacturing offers notable cost and scheduling advantages. In Sanhe Economic Development Zone, Hebei Hongke Qingneng combines local raw material processing with high-precision engineering. By integrating automated plate rolling, robotic welding, and automated vacuum pumping and baking stations, our facility delivers high-integrity pressure vessels and treatment skids at scale.
This localized supply chain integration protects international buyers against global shipping delays and raw material price fluctuations, offering reliable delivery schedules and competitive total cost of ownership (TCO).

Our manufacturing capabilities cover environmental protection, natural gas processing, and industrial refrigeration.
Design and production of centralized and mobile high-temperature steam medical waste treatment systems, animal tissue disposal equipment, and biological inactivation systems.
Skid-mounted natural gas liquefaction plants (LNG), purification systems (deacidification, dehydration, hydrocarbon removal), and BOG tail-gas helium extraction skids.
Extreme low-temperature systems spanning -40°C to -180°C refrigeration units, freeze dryers (-70°C to -100°C), and high-efficiency -135°C vacuum cold traps.
View some of our environmental and cryogenic systems deployed across municipal and industrial sites.
Helium recovery from Boil-off Gas (BOG) at liquefied natural gas terminals requires high-precision temperature control and pressure vessel integrity. Our process systems operate at temperatures below -180°C, utilizing multi-stage compressor cycles and custom-designed vacuum insulated cold boxes. These systems isolate process streams from ambient heat leakages, allowing for cost-effective helium separation from BOG streams.
For municipal and clinical waste treatment, steam sterilization must reach every part of the containment chamber. Our autoclaves utilize high-strength, A2-class pressure vessels that run cyclical vacuum pulses to remove air pockets, followed by high-pressure steam injection at 134°C. The outer vessel walls are insulated to minimize energy loss and maintain a uniform temperature profile throughout the treatment cycle.
Remote gas wells often contain acid gases (H2S, CO2), moisture, and heavy hydrocarbons. Our skid-mounted purification units use molecular sieve beds and amine solvent absorption systems. Fabricated on structurally reinforced steel skids, these systems can be shipped, installed, and commissioned quickly at the wellhead, minimizing the need for on-site infrastructure development.
