Our shop is equipped with automated Submerged Arc Welding (SAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG), and Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) units. Automated weld overlays (clad layers) are applied to carbon steel vessels when corrosive media demand high-alloy corrosion protection, ensuring a cost-effective, high-integrity barrier.
We execute rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) through digital radiographic testing (RT), phased-array ultrasonic testing (PAUT), magnetic particle testing (MT), and liquid penetrant testing (PT).
