The system fully complies with the requirements of the Technical Specifications for Centralized Treatment Engineering of Medical Waste High-temperature Steam (HJ/T276-2021) issued and implemented by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China.
What are the main components of the treatment equipment?
The equipment consists of 10 primary units: the medical waste final assembly unit, entry/exit units, high-temperature steam sterilization unit, exhaust gas treatment unit, wastewater treatment unit, lifting unit, crushing unit, turnover box disinfection and cleaning unit, steam supply and control unit, and the automatic control recording unit.
How does the sterilization process work?
Medical waste is loaded into the sterilization vehicle and enters the sterilizer. Saturated steam is filled to raise the temperature inside the equipment above 134 ℃, disinfecting the waste for 45 minutes to meet complete sterilization requirements.
How is operator safety ensured during the process?
Safety is ensured through full automatic control of the operating system process, combined with a comprehensive monitoring system to achieve zero contact between operators and medical waste.
Are the emissions from this system environmentally friendly?
Yes, the system is equipped with a flue gas and water vapor purification system. The emissions meet all relevant requirements of the Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants and Odor Emission Standard.
