Currently, the medical waste treatment mode in China is basically to build a medical waste treatment center in the administrative region above county and city level to collect and transfer the medical waste of each medical unit before centralized treatment. This mode has one disadvantage. Under the circumstance of epidemic, there are problems such as insufficient collection and treatment capacity of medical wastes and uneven distribution of production capacity in various regions. For individual regions without centralized treatment facilities for medical wastes, it is easy to cause untimely treatment of medical wastes and risk of secondary pollution during storage. Moreover, there is a great risk to transport the medical wastes from the epidemic area to the non-epidemic area where the medical waste treatment device is located.

The mobile medical waste treatment equipment is a kind of equipment that, based on mature medical waste high-temperature steam centralized treatment equipment and taking the standard container body as the bearing unit, fixes all the functions of medical waste treatment in the container body, and completely inactivates the medical waste only by the water and power provided externally, so as to achieve harmless treatment. It can locally treat the medical waste generated by a hazardous source and cut off the risk of spreading the hazard to the outside. The whole treatment equipment is made of stainless steel, requiring no special treatment, with low failure rate, easy maintenance and low maintenance cost.

The medical waste is loaded into the sterilization vehicle and enters the high temperature steam sterilization cabin. The cabin door is automatically closed and locked. The program control operation is started to extract non-condensable air. Saturated steam is filled to make the temperature in the sterilization equipment reach 134 ℃. The disinfection is automatically timed for 45 minutes. High-temperature steam in the cabin is extracted and the cabin door is opened. Then, the treated waste is lifted, crushed and output.

In the process, the flue gas and water vapor purification system is provided, and the spray method, filtration method and adsorption method are combined as the main treatment process to realize clean gas emission. The emission standard meets the relevant requirements of Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants and Odor Emission Standard. The wastewater generated is collected to the front pipe of the UV sterilizer and discharged after disinfection by the UV sterilizer. For the control of equipment noise, the installation of silencer and the use of silent air compressor greatly reduce the generation of noise.
