Skid-mounted natural gas liquefaction system adopts modular integration technology, integrating pre-treatment and pressure regulation, deep purification, hybrid refrigeration and liquefaction as well as intelligent storage and transportation, and the core unit is highly integrated through standardised skid blocks (12m×3m×3.5m). For the scenario of daily processing capacity of less than 30,000 cubic metres, the first compressor and cold box integrated design eliminates the on-site refrigerant pipeline connection, reducing the risk of leakage by 90%, and the overall system occupies 40% less space than traditional equipment. Through the flexible combination of 3-6 standard skids, the system can be expanded to 300,000 m3/day processing capacity, which is suitable for the development of marginal gas fields, shale gas wells and other decentralised gas sources.
The system covers five major application dimensions:
(1) dynamic peaking of urban gas pipeline network;
(2) resource utilisation of associated gas from oil fields;
(3) recovery of scattered gas from remote gas wells;
(4) efficiency improvement of unconventional gas such as coal bed methane/biogas;
(5) low-carbon conversion of industrial tail gas.
Molecular sieve double-tower dehydration to make the gas dew point ≤ -70℃
Nitrogen-methane cascade refrigeration to optimise the energy consumption by 18%
BOG recondensation technology to ensure the liquefaction rate of more than 98%
The core advantages are embodied in the ‘four poles’ characteristics:
Factory pre-installation rate of 95%, on-site within 7 days to complete the group skid;
Operation and Maintenance: 5G Internet of Things (IoT) platform for remote control and energy efficiency monitoring;
Response: 2-4 months delivery cycle, 60% shorter than traditional model;
Modular expansion reduces marginal cost, payback period <24 months.
Applicable to projects processing 1-100,000 tonnes of LNG per year, it has become an efficient mobile solution in the field of distributed gas source development.
