Explore our leading catalog of certified pressure vessels, desulphurisation plants, and state-of-the-art waste sterilizers.
Established in June 2021 with a registered capital of 78 million yuan, Hebei Hongke Qingneng Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. has rapidly emerged as a pioneer in industrial thermal energy conservation and environmental machinery design. Strategically situated within the Sanhe Economic Development Zone in Langfang City, our facilities are custom-engineered to handle complex process requirements for hazardous, high-temperature, and cryogenic media.
We bridges the gap between deep academic research and high-volume industrial production. Backed by key experts from Tsinghua University and the Institute of Physics and Chemistry Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), the enterprise focuses on the design, manufacturing, and skid-mounting of high-specification thermal systems. Our comprehensive product portfolio spans from non-standard A2-level pressure vessels, vacuum cold traps (-135°C), and chemical tail-gas desulphurization setups to high-temperature biological waste sterilization equipment.
Technical evolution, carbon regulatory frameworks, and why global buyers look to advanced Chinese factories for custom process packages.
Modern petrochemical and green energy applications demand maximum energy integration. Standard heat exchangers are no longer sufficient. Industries require premium alloys, optimized geometries, and specialized surface treatments to withstand high corrosive environments while maximizing heat transfer coefficients. The global focus is shifting rapidly to custom heat exchangers that maintain minimal approach temperatures without compromising pressure drop profiles.
EPC contractors are shifting away from on-site assembly to reduce labor costs, minimize installation errors, and accelerate project timelines. Integrated skid-mounted units containing vessels, heat exchangers, piping, instrumentation, and control interfaces are now the gold standard. Global procurement prioritizes manufacturers who design, construct, test, and program these complex systems under one roof before shipping them worldwide.
Pressure vessels and heat exchangers represent critical hazard points in any industrial complex. Adherence to safety standards is non-negotiable. Global operations require manufacturing partners carrying recognized quality benchmarks. Hongke Qingneng addresses this with A2-level pressure vessel manufacturing certifications, GB/T19001-2016 quality system alignments, and strict compliance with Sinopec HSSE / PetroChina HSE frameworks.
How Hongke Qingneng leverages robotic manufacturing, localized raw material ecosystems, and advanced thermal modeling.
At our Langfang City production center, precision is managed through automated welding cells, CNC tube-sheet drills, and laser profiling systems. High-grade stainless steels (such as 304, 316L, duplex 2205, and nickel alloys) are monitored throughout the fabrication cycle to avoid carbon contamination.
Every weld seam undergoes comprehensive non-destructive testing (NDT), including radiographic, ultrasonic, and dye-penetrant checks. This level of quality management guarantees that our custom non-standard pressure vessels and shell-and-tube exchangers operate under design pressure and temperature parameters for decades without leakage.
By consolidating design, raw material sourcing, structural fabrication, system skid assembly, and electrical control programming within a single facility, Hongke Qingneng mitigates supply chain risks.
Whether integrating natural gas treatment components or configuring a centralized medical waste high-temperature steam autoclave, our clients receive a cohesive, fully verified system. This turn-key structure reduces field setup costs and shortens commissioning phases, offering a reliable path to project execution.

Detailed engineering answers to the most common inquiries from industrial procurement professionals.
We utilize advanced modeling tools to optimize flow paths and baffle layouts, minimizing shell-side fluid bypass. Guided by Dr. Cheng Kuwei's research in phase change heat transfer, we select material grades (such as austenitic stainless steels 304, 316L, 310S, and Duplex alloys) and pipe wall configurations that maximize thermal conductivity while maintaining the mechanical strength required for high-pressure operations.
Our company holds an A2-level Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License, which covers stationary pressure vessels. We also hold a Pressure Pipeline Component Manufacturing License, GB/T19001-2016 / ISO 9001 Quality System Certifications, and are fully aligned with CNPC (China Petroleum) and Sinopec HSSE health, safety, and environmental management requirements.
Skid-mounted systems consolidate purification (including deacidification, dehydration, and heavy hydrocarbon removal) and liquefaction components onto a single, reinforced structural frame. These units are assembled, piped, wired, and tested in our factory. This approach minimizes on-site installation work, shortens project startup times, and simplifies transportation to remote sites, such as coalbed methane recovery projects.
Our technical team, drawing on experience from the Institute of Physics and Chemistry Technology (CAS), designs custom cooling loops using mixed refrigerants. This allows us to manufacture refrigeration units operating between -40°C and -180°C, vacuum cold traps down to -135°C, and specialized BOG (Boil-Off Gas) helium extraction systems that remain reliable under thermal cycling.
We provide high-temperature steam sterilization systems designed for centralized waste treatment plants, mobile containerized units for field work, and specialized thermal hydrolysis systems for laboratory animal carcasses. These systems are designed to fully neutralize pathogens, with built-in biological filtration for liquid and gas effluents to ensure environmental safety.
