Our engineering team performs CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations to analyze fluid behaviors. For low-viscosity liquids, high-speed Rushton turbines or hydrofoils provide axial and radial flow. For high-viscosity applications (such as polymerizations), we use anchor or helical ribbon impellers at lower speeds to prevent stagnation zones. This optimizes chemical conversion and heat transfer efficiency.
Q2: What options are available to prevent leakage in toxic or high-pressure reactors?
For hazardous, toxic, or high-pressure reactions, we recommend magnetic drive couplings. Unlike mechanical seals, magnetic couplings feature a hermetically sealed containment shell, isolating the reactor's interior from the atmosphere.
