What design and manufacturing standards do your vacuum vessels comply with?
Our equipment is designed and manufactured in compliance with the China national standard GB150 (Pressure Vessels) and we hold a registered A2 Level Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License. We also integrate design principles from ASME Section VIII Division 1 & 2, European AD2000, and CE-PED requirements depending on project location and export specifications.
How does your factory test and guarantee the seal integrity of vacuum vessels?
We perform radiographic (RT), ultrasonic (UT), magnetic particle (MT), and dye penetrant testing (PT) on all pressure-bearing welds. Final seal verification is done using helium mass spectrometer leak detectors, targeting leak rates below 1x10^-9 Pa·m³/s to maintain the vacuum level over extended service periods.
What types of insulation are used to prevent thermal transfer in cryogenic vessels?
Depending on the target temperature (-40 ℃ to -196 ℃), we use high-vacuum multi-layer insulation (MLI), evacuated perlite insulation, or vacuum jacketed structures. This reduces thermal radiation and conduction, minimizing the Boil-Off Gas (BOG) rate for storage of cryogenic media like LNG, LN2, and LOX.
Can your vessels be customized for corrosive chemical or biological processing?
Yes. We build vessels using stainless steels (304, 304L, 316, 316L, 316Ti), duplex steels (2205), and custom alloy claddings. For biological applications, we polish internal surfaces to Ra < 0.4 μm to prevent contamination and ensure compatibility with clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) cycles.
What skid-mounted solutions do you offer for field natural gas operations?
We manufacture complete, skid-mounted assemblies for shale gas, coalbed methane (CBM), and wellhead gas purification and liquefaction. These integrated skids include acid gas removal (desulphurisation), dehydration, heavy hydrocarbon separation, and liquefaction cold boxes, pre-wired and tested to reduce field installation work.
How are safety systems integrated into pressure and vacuum relief operations?
Each vessel is equipped with dual safety valve sets, rupture discs, and vacuum detection ports.
