Equipment Composition

The processing equipment consists of the following units:
  • 1Medical waste final assembly unit
  • 2Entry and exit units
  • 3High-temperature steam sterilization unit
  • 4Exhaust gas treatment unit
  • 5Wastewater treatment unit
  • 6Medical waste lifting unit
  • 7Medical waste crushing unit
  • 8Disinfection and cleaning unit of turnover box
  • 9High-temperature steam supply and control unit
  • 10Automatic control recording unit

Work Flow

The medical waste is loaded into the sterilization vehicle and enters the high temperature steam sterilizer. The compartment door is closed and locked. The program control operation is started to extract non-condensable air (excessive residual air in the sterilizer will affect the steam entry and sterilization effect). The saturated steam is filled to make the temperature in the sterilization equipment exceed 134 ℃ and disinfect for 45min. After treatment, the requirements for complete sterilization are met and the high temperature steam in the compartment is extracted. The equipment is equipped with flue gas and water vapor purification system to realize clean emission. The emission standard meets relevant requirements of Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants and Odor Emission Standard.
