Explore our state-of-the-art industrial processing systems designed for high-efficiency gas purification, environmental control, and customized plant infrastructure.
In the contemporary process engineering sectors, the purification of industrial gases, natural gas reservoirs, and hazardous chemical effluents has transitioned from a standard regulatory compliance requirement to a primary driver of process efficiency and thermal optimization. High-performance impurity removal systems form the baseline infrastructure of modern liquefaction plants, petrochemical refineries, and high-purity cryogenic gas recovery operations.
Historically, global industries relied on decentralized, heavy civil-engineered purification installations that suffered from significant carbon footprints, heat losses, and long commissioning schedules. Today's global market demands modular, skid-mounted architectures capable of processing raw hydrocarbons, shale gas deposits, and coalbed methane (CBM) directly at the source. Specifically, the dynamic extraction of acid gases ($CO_2$, $H_2S$), moisture desiccant removal ($H_2O$), and heavy hydrocarbon separation ($C_3+$ fractions) are mission-critical procedures to protect down-stream mechanical equipment like turboexpanders and cryogenic cold boxes from freezing and structural damage.
China has solidified its position as the global epicentre for high-precision process equipment manufacturing. When analyzing the efficiency of Chinese factories, several distinct structural factors come to light:
Established in June 2021 with a substantial registered capital of 78 million yuan, Hebei Hongke Qingneng Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. stands as a key technology provider in the industrial zone of Sanhe Economic Development Zone, Langfang City, Hebei. The company operates a state-of-the-art facility specializing in the R&D, thermodynamics design, and manufacturing of critical environmental and energy-efficiency systems.
The company's dynamic product range includes: design and manufacturing of various customized pressure vessels, medical waste high-temperature steam treatment installations, animal tissue (harmless residue) processing systems, biological and toxic wastewater treatment plants, and comprehensive skid-mounted modular systems. These solutions cover coalbed methane, shale gas, and natural gas purification/liquefaction, VOC capture, complex tail gas desulfurization, industrial cryogenic refrigeration ($ -40^\circ\text{C}$ to $ -180^\circ\text{C}$), and Boil-Off Gas (BOG) helium extraction devices.
The technical foundation of Hebei Hongke Qingneng is built upon deep scientific connections with elite Chinese research bodies. Below are the key leaders driving the technological progress of our systems:
Founder & Chairman
Dr. Sun is a National Senior Engineer who has directed major science initiatives, including the National 863 Program, National Science Foundation projects, and aerospace-military contracts. He has won the First Prize of Science and Technology of the China Coal Industry, the Special Prize of Technological Invention from the Chinese Society of Refrigeration, and the First Prize of the Beijing Science and Technology Award. Over his career, he has led more than 20 independent intellectual property developments and successfully built over 50 skid-mounted liquefaction facilities.
General Manager
Dr. Zou manages the business operations and technical market applications. Having directed projects under the "12th Five-Year" national science and technology plan, he has authored 24 academic papers (with 11 indexed in SCI/EI databases) and holds multiple national patents. His work earned the Special Award of the 7th China Refrigeration Society Technological Invention Award and the Silver Medal of the 19th China International Industry Expo.
Chief Engineer
Dr. Cheng is a specialist in phase change heat transfer and flow mechanics of multi-component mixed refrigerants. His research on modular skid-mounted natural gas liquefaction plants won him the 2015 Special Prize of Science and Technology from the Chinese Refrigeration Society. He oversees thermodynamic modeling, fluid dynamics design, and structural integration of all major impurity extraction plants.
Through our engineering department, Hebei Hongke Qingneng delivers custom-built process plants categorized into four primary industrial domains:
Custom setups for chemical deacidification, solid-bed desiccant dehydration (molecular sieve towers), and hydrocarbon condensation to meet pipeline feed specifications.
Skid-mounted LNG solutions utilizing mixed refrigerant cycle (MRC) or nitrogen expansion cycles to process scattered, associated, or remote gas wells.
High-efficiency industrial refrigeration units operating between -40℃ and -180℃, alongside vacuum cold traps and freeze dryers for medical research and petrochemical processes.
Our solutions have been deployed across major processing sites in China and international markets. Below is an overview of our main engineering cases:
Integrating high-temperature hydrolysis processes to ensure sterile disposal and bio-containment for scientific and research institutions.
A self-contained, trailer-mounted high-temperature steam sterilization system designed for rapid disinfection during rural health campaigns or emergency response.
A modular liquefaction unit deployed directly at a remote gas well to recover valuable methane resources, eliminating flaring and reducing carbon emissions.
A large-scale plant processing municipal clinical waste via high-pressure saturated steam autoclaving, meeting stringent air discharge and bio-safety standards.
Answers to technical and commercial questions concerning layout engineering, skid fabrication, and compliance.
Our plants are custom-designed for operating pressures up to 15.0 MPa and temperatures from -196°C to +350°C. For acid gas removal ($H_2S$ and $CO_2$), we configure MDEA amine wash loops or molecular sieve beds depending on feed composition.
All pressurized purification towers are constructed under our A2 class Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License. We follow GB/T19001-2016 (ISO 9001:2015 equivalent) quality management guidelines, as well as Chinese Petroleum and Sinopec HSSE standards.
Skid-mounted systems are pre-assembled, piped, wired, and factory-tested at our facility in Langfang. This modular approach reduces on-site installation time by over 70%, lowers civil costs, and allows for plant relocation if required.
Yes, our cryogenic separation systems include custom non-standard low-temperature structures designed for BOG tail-gas helium extraction. We use multi-stage condensation and adsorption processes to achieve high-purity helium recovery.
Our medical waste autoclaves feature dual redundant safety interlocks, automated temperature-pressure logging, high-durability chamber seals, and advanced biological filtration systems to process contaminated exhaust before discharge.
