The processing of dispersed fuel pockets—such as coalbed methane, shale gas pockets, and oilfield associated gas—is rapidly shifting from flare-based combustion to modular reclamation. Historically, building large-scale centralized pipelines for localized reserves was cost-prohibitive. Today, skid-mounted, high-efficiency refrigeration loops (running at -40°C down to -180°C) let operators convert waste energy directly to LNG on-site.
By coupling localized treatment plants with multi-stage separation processes (deacidification, dehydration, and heavy hydrocarbon scrubbing), operators prevent contamination while generating a secondary revenue stream from previously flared gas.
In modern pharmaceutical labs, central healthcare facilities, and research animal clinics, waste stream sterilization must guarantee zero microbiological escape. Centralized high-temperature steam systems and thermal hydrolysis reactors are the current benchmark. Our systems utilize automated, high-pressure steam loops designed to satisfy international bio-safety level 3 and 4 containment regulations.

Advanced systems combine multi-stage purification schemes: condensing high-boiling VOC fractions before routing the rest through high-performance catalytic oxidation or gas-stripping systems. This approach recovers raw chemical raw materials while ensuring clean, compliant emissions.
Helium remains an essential asset for advanced semiconductor fabrication, cryo-imaging loops, and aerospace engineering. Because natural gas reserves often contain only trace percentages of helium, extraction requires high-precision, low-temperature distillation. Utilizing BOG (Boil-Off Gas) recovery and low-temperature helium extraction skids, trace raw gases are cooled down to cryogenic states, separating nitrogen and methane fractions to yield high-purity industrial helium.
