Explore our premium range of factory-direct skid-mounted systems, customized tail gas recovery devices, and cryogenic purification technologies.
Rooted in elite scientific research, delivering industrial-grade environmental and cryogenic liquefaction solutions globally.
Hebei Hongke Qingneng Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in June 2021 with a registered capital of 78 million yuan. Operating out of the highly strategic industrial base in the Sanhe Economic Development Zone, Langfang City, Hebei Province, our enterprise spearheads the design, thermodynamic simulation, and structural engineering of cryogenics and custom environmental protection machinery.
We are a dedicated manufacturer specializing in complex pressure systems, skid-mounted gas processing modules, and bio-safety treatment solutions. The core portfolio encompasses A2-level pressure vessel design and fabrication, high-temperature medical waste sterilization systems, biological and toxic waste neutralizing machinery, VOC treatment systems, chemical tail-gas scrubbers, industrial-grade low-temperature refrigeration loops (-40 °C to -180 °C), and Helium extraction plants from BOG (Boil-Off Gas).
Our capabilities stem from deep-seated collaboration with China's foremost scientific hubs: Tsinghua University and the Institute of Physics and Chemistry Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). This bridge between high academic physics and heavy industrial manufacturing gives our customers access to advanced thermodynamic processes that drastically reduce parasitic energy consumption in liquefaction plants.
Our solutions are designed, validated, and managed by PhDs and Senior Engineers specializing in low-temperature physics.

Global demand for modern gas liquefaction solutions is undergoing a paradigm shift. Procurement officers face a combination of strict ESG targets, fluctuating feed gas compositions, and the logistical challenge of remote field deployments. When evaluating manufacturers, EPC contractors prioritize structural scalability and short lead times. The conventional method of building liquefaction plants on-site is rapidly being replaced by modularized skid-mounted plants.
Our factory responds directly to this demand by assembling, piping, instrumenting, and testing complex plant systems before shipment. This reduces on-site labor requirements by up to 70%, mitigates construction risks in hostile terrains (such as Siberian shale fields or offshore platforms in South Asia), and ensures consistent quality control under ISO 9001 and Sinopec HSSE protocols.
Raw hydrocarbons (natural gas, shale gas, coalbed methane) cannot be liquefied directly. They contain varying concentrations of carbon dioxide (CO₂), hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), organic sulfur, water vapor, and heavy hydrocarbons that freeze at cryogenic temperatures, plugging heat exchangers. Our integrated systems provide a seamless bridge from purification to phase transformation:
The design of our liquefaction plants relies on optimized refrigeration thermodynamics. We select the process based on the capacity and specific characteristics of the project:
Acid gas washing, drying, and heavy hydrocarbon extraction.
Multi-stage cycle compression for Mixed Refrigerants.
Cryogenic transfer inside vacuum plate-fin exchangers.
Joule-Thomson sub-cooling down to -162°C for LNG storage.
For decentralized wells, we specialize in the Mixed Refrigerant Cycle (MRC). Compared to simple Nitrogen expansion cycles, MRC offers superior thermal efficiency by utilizing a mixture of nitrogen, methane, ethane, propane, and butane. This aligns the refrigerant’s cooling curve with the warm condensation curve of the natural gas, minimizing thermodynamic irreversibility.
Operating pressure vessels globally requires adherence to code requirements. We maintain the domestic A2-level Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License, pressure piping component fabrication credentials, and are certified under GB/T19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015. All structural designs and welds undergo rigorous non-destructive testing (NDT), including RT, UT, MT, and PT inspection protocols, ensuring performance over long operating lifetimes.
