Dr. Sun Zhaohu

Founder & Chairman

Dr. Sun Zhaohu holds a PhD from the Institute of Physics and Chemistry Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). As a national senior engineer, he has led key national science projects including the 863 Program and National Natural Science Foundation initiatives. He has been recognized with the First Prize of Science and Technology of the China Coal Industry, the Special Prize of Technological Invention of the Chinese Society of Refrigeration, and the First Prize of the Beijing Science and Technology Award. Dr. Zou Xin

Dr. Zou Xin is a PhD candidate and Senior Engineer at the Institute of Physics and Chemistry Technology, CAS. Dr. Cheng Kuwei holds a Doctor of Engineering from the Institute of Physics and Chemistry Technology, CAS. Specializing in phase change heat transfer and mixed-refrigerant thermodynamics, he has designed multiple skid-mounted LNG liquefaction systems. He was awarded the 2015 Special Prize of the Chinese Refrigeration Society and the 2016 First Prize of the Beijing Science and Technology Award.

What codes and regulations do your pressure vessels comply with?
Our pressure vessels are designed and manufactured in compliance with international and national standards. We hold the Chinese A2 Level Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License and fabricate systems in accordance with the GB/T150 code. In addition, we utilize advanced computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA) to verify stress compliance, ensuring safety across diverse operating environments.
What materials are used for cryogenic gas liquefaction and BOG helium extraction?
For low-temperature cryogenic systems operating down to -180°C, we specify high-alloy austenitic stainless steels (such as 304L and 316L) and specialized nickel-alloy steels. These materials prevent low-temperature embrittlement and maintain excellent mechanical properties. Each weld undergoes non-destructive evaluation (NDE), including ultrasonic and radiographic testing, to verify structural integrity.
