Founded in June 2021 with a robust registered capital of 78 million yuan, Hebei Hongke Qingneng Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. has rapidly positioned itself as a premier engineering powerhouse. Strategically located within the Sanhe Economic Development Zone, Langfang City—a crucial industrial node in China—our operations focus on advanced research, design, and fabrication of complex pressure vessels and specialized skid-mounted systems.
Our technical foundation is deeply anchored in elite academia, leveraging direct engineering insights and R&D collaborations with specialists from Tsinghua University and the Institute of Physics and Chemistry Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). This synergy allows us to systematically combine core scientific breakthroughs with heavy-duty manufacturing capabilities.
Heavy industries worldwide face a dual challenge: maximizing process throughput while meeting stringent carbon reduction and environmental criteria. As a specialized carbon steel vessel manufacturer, Hebei Hongke Qingneng designs modular solutions that sit at the intersection of energy recovery and process engineering.
Complete purification and liquefaction modules for shale gas, coalbed methane (CBM), and marginal well recovery. Integrates deacidification, dehydration, and heavy hydrocarbon removal processes.
Custom-engineered non-standard pressure vessels, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, and reaction columns manufactured under rigorous ISO 9001 and GB150 guidelines.
Highly efficient volatile organic compounds (VOC) absorption towers, wet and dry desulfurization skids, and recovery packages for green, low-carbon industrial outputs.
Medical waste high-temperature steam treatment systems, animal tissue hydrolysis units, and live toxic wastewater containment vessels designed for maximum biosecurity.
Carbon steel vessels form the backbone of chemical synthesis, storage, and gas processing operations. To guarantee longevity and reliability in harsh, corrosive, or high-pressure environments, Hebei Hongke Qingneng utilizes premium grade materials such as Q345R (Chinese standard for pressure vessels), ASME SA516 Gr. 70, and low-temperature carbon steels like SA350 LF2.
Our manufacturing protocol is characterized by precise weldment design and execution. Utilizing Submerged Arc Welding (SAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), all load-bearing joints undergo 100% Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) including Digital Radiography (RT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT). Furthermore, to neutralize residual stresses introduced during cold-forming and welding, vessels are treated in computer-controlled Post-Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) ovens to stabilize the microcrystalline ferrite-pearlite matrix of the steel.
By controlling the Chemical composition—limiting sulfur (S ≤ 0.005%) and phosphorus (P ≤ 0.010%)—we prevent Hydrogen-Induced Cracking (HIC) in chemical processing environments. For extreme cryogenic services, such as LNG purification or helium extraction, our engineers utilize high-alloy stainless steels or multi-layered thermal insulation vessels.
Our skid-mounted natural gas liquefaction plants (CBM and shale gas recovery) offer processing capacities from 10,000 Nm³/d to 500,000 Nm³/d. These modular layouts allow operators to commission gas recovery units in remote wellheads within weeks instead of months, reducing capital expenditure and preventing harmful environmental flaring.
Hebei Hongke Qingneng conforms to rigorous domestic and international standards to facilitate seamless global export. The company holds the prestigious A2 Level Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License alongside national pressure pipeline component manufacturing licenses.
Additionally, our factory operations are certified under GB/T19001-2016 / ISO9001:2015 for Quality Management, and Sinopec HSSE / China Petroleum Health, Safety and Environment Management System guidelines. This allows us to supply directly to high-risk petrochemical projects, power plants, and state-backed energy networks.
Welding procedures and materials aligned with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII (Division 1 & 2) and PED 2014/68/EU standards for the EU market.
Comprehensive compliance with oil & gas contractor safety benchmarks, minimizing chemical discharge and maximizing operational safety during commissioning.
Formally recognized as the Langfang Municipal R&D Platform, fostering continuous technology translation from laboratory trials to real-world industrial deployments.
For standard pressure vessels, Q345R and ASME SA516 Gr. 70 are the industry workhorses due to their balanced tensile strength and ductility. For low-temperature environments (such as CBM processing down to -40°C), fine-grain killed steels like 16MnDR or SA350 LF2 are utilized to prevent brittle fractures.
HIC occurs when atomic hydrogen diffuses into steel and accumulates near inclusions. We source vacuum-degassed steel with extremely low sulfur and phosphorus levels. If required, we perform HIC testing according to NACE TM0284 to ensure chemical process reliability.
Skid mounting moves high-precision assembly, piping, and wiring from the field into a controlled factory environment. This ensures alignment, reduces shipping footprints, and simplifies deployment. We verify all connections prior to shipment to ensure simple on-site installation.
We work closely with third-party testing organizations to certify our pressure vessels under ASME (U Stamp), CE/PED, and national regulations. We manage the design validation, material tracing, and physical hydro-tests to ensure full compliance at the project site.
